Cleaning appointments: 10:00–19:00 (Mon–Sun) · 3-hour slots · 6-hour block for big jobs.
Same-day emergency: +£25 surcharge, minimum 3h notice.
Weekend bookings: +£12 flat (Sat/Sun).
Minimum visit: £60.
Payment: Card on-site, Stripe deposit, bank transfer. No cheques.
